OTC 7815 Steering Wheel Lock Plate Compressor

The OTC 7815 is a Steering Wheel Lock Plate Compressor. The OTC 7815 compresses the steering wheel lock plate to remove and install the snap ring retainer, accessing the steering column. It is used on all GM and older AMC and Chrysler vehicles with or without tilt steering columns.
